MANGO SALSA
Serves: 4-6
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 medium mangoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of green onion, finely chopped
  • A handful of coriander, chopped
  • A few sprigs of basil, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon hot chilli sauce
  • Salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine the mango, onion, green onion, coriander, and basil in bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice with the hot chilli sauce (I like to use Sriracha)
  3. Add the dressing to the chopped ingredients and toss gently to coat
  4. Season with salt
  5. Serve chilled, alongside tacos or tortilla chips
