It’s officially monsoon season here in Kolkata. Every day there is a bout of heavy rainfall, which stops just as quickly as it starts, but not before wreaking havoc on city traffic and my hair (humidity is not my friend!).I’d much rather stay indoors when it’s pouring outside, and rainy evenings make for the perfect time to enjoy a cup of tea.

Our find of the week: these herbal tea tumblers from Goodearth, made from hand thrown artisanal stoneware. Totally ideal for monsoon teatimes! Decorated with a delicate floral leitmotifs, patterns inspired from Persian miniature paintings and Indian textiles of the 17th century, this set also makes a great gift for a history buff or textile designer.

Brighten up gloomy days with these tea tumblers and a steaming cup of your favourite herbal infusion this season.
