Summer is coming on in full swing, and temperatures are soaring every day. For us in India, most summer days are either swelteringly hot, too humid and sticky to step outdoors, or blessed with the occasional thunderstorm. There are days few and far in between, when it’s sunny enough to want to be outdoors, yet pleasant and breezy enough to not melt into a pool of sweat. Those are the days when we want to plan lazy pool days, visit the beach if you’re lucky enough to live near it, or eat lunch al fresco.
